As the exclusive representative of AXEL THOMS (Germany) in Iran, Parsian Fajr Sepehr is the official supplier of personnel rescue chute emergency evacuation systems in the country.
Installing emergency evacuation rescue chutes in administrative and high-traffic buildings is a critical necessity, which becomes even more evident based on the following points:
During a fire incident, heavy smoke and spreading flames will block scape chute and staircases on upper floors. In earthquakes, exit doors and stairways may collapse or become unusable, preventing the evacuation of trapped individuals through normal pathways. Therefore, using this system makes it possible to safely evacuate a large number of people in a short period of time.
This system requires no special training. Anyone at any level can use it easily by entering the fabric tunnel and descending in a rotational motion. Due to the spiral movement inside the chute, descent speed remains stable and controlled.
Based on an average descent speed of approx. 2 meters per second, it is possible to evacuate about 8 to 10 people from a height of 30 meters within 2 minutes, and approximately 40–50 people in 10 minutes continuously, without any other limitations.
In addition, this device holds the following certifications:
TÜV (Germany), Type AT-1, DIN 4102 B1, DIN 5510-2.
Furthermore, several units of this system have been supplied and used in practice, including:
5 mobile chutes in Tehran Fire Department, 3 mobile chutes in Shiraz Fire Department, 1 mobile chute in Shahrekord Fire Department, airport control tower in 12 airports across the country, National Iranian Steel Company (3 units), Agricultural Bank (9 units), Bank Tejarat, Bank of Industry & Mine, Sepehr Tower, Research Bank of Iran (8 units), as well as installations in Abadan Ports & Maritime Organization, Bushehr, Bandar Anzali, Bandar Noshahr, Golgohar Sirjan and also 5 units in the main building of the Ministry of Interior on 04 December 2007, all performed under the supervision of certified safety and construction inspectors.
